Mark Weller — President & Principal Thermographer
Weller Infrared Services, Inc. was founded by Mark Weller to deliver the highest standard of infrared thermal imaging inspection available. Mark holds Level 3 certification from the Infraspection Institute — the pinnacle of infrared thermographer certification. Fewer than 1% of practicing thermographers achieve this distinction, which qualifies the holder to develop thermographic inspection programs, train other thermographers, interpret complex thermal data, and serve as an expert witness.
His training extends through ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) standards and encompasses building science, electrical systems, mechanical systems, roofing, and moisture diagnostics. Mark combines this infrared expertise with hands-on construction knowledge as a Florida Certified Building Contractor and Roofing Contractor, giving him a rare ability to not only identify problems but understand the construction systems behind them.
As an AAMA Certified Fenestration Master, Mark is one of the most qualified window and door testing professionals in the region. His BPI certification ensures rigorous air leakage and duct testing diagnostics, while his FAA drone pilot license enables aerial infrared imaging of large commercial roofs, multi-story buildings, and hard-to-access facilities.
